Excellent location, right on the beach & value for money in a pretty remote location . On one side it feels like camping- but with all the comforts of a cabine with a private bathroom. The BEST part was the breakfast included with our booking. The French chef prepared the eggs to our liking- but more importantly with love and some skill. Great flavour put together. The coffee was 5 star too. It was amazing! The resident peacock would leisurely stroll around. The Jungle Bar feels like a bit of a local gathering/ watering place and it adds to the liveliness to what would otherwise be quite an isolated place. We saw a cassowary on our way out of Cape Tribulation too!

I had read mixed reviews about PK's Jungle village and was a little wary but there was no need! The staff were all amazing and friendly. Our cabin was clean and everything was so relaxing! The cabins are obviously very basic which is stated in the description. I feel like alot of the complaints were about things that were clearly stated in the booking conditions eg: No jug/toaster etc. We just took our own. If you do your research before you go it is exactly as expected. I did see a few reviews about uncleanness but ours was spotless. We will definately be back!

I stayed in the Daintree without a car. PK's was therefore an excellent location for me. I was able to reach the nearby stunning beach (Cape Tribulation) in a few minutes and there were extensive walks on boardwalks through unspoilt tropical rainforest and mangroves, which were incredible. There was a shop next door with a range of foods and souvenirs. I enjoyed excellent meals and drinks in PK's restaurant/bar area and I also loved swimming in the pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The whole place is a vibe. There's a peacock and goanna's walking around! It's like luxury camping because you don't have to sleep in a tent and you have showers a kitchen and laundry, you just have to pack all of your cooking utensils but there is even a large communal fridge to store cold foods. If you don't want the hassle of packing your own food you can buy your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the jungle bar or there is even a well stocked little grocer just across from the office. To top it off, the staff are approachable and so welcoming especially victor.

This place has such a chill, end of the road vibe. The owner is so easy going and the bar and pool have a great vibe. I wished I could have stayed another night. The room was lovely and absolutely spotless, quiet too. The kitchen and bathrooms are more like camping facilities and quite rustic.

I rented a simple, clean, air-conditioned family room. The bathrooms were always clean, and the showers were powerful, with hot water and plenty of space. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious as well. Additionally, it offers a restaurant if you want to treat yourself, and there’s also a pool. No luxury, but for those who enjoy simple living and traveling, it’s perfect. You’re surrounded by nature, and it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

it was clean and nice, a little worn, but for the price, it's absolutely top notch. super cozy, with a lovely wide beach to walk on. The food was good, and we got HUGE portions, so you definitely don't go to bed hungry. I would definitely recommend this place, unless you're looking for luxus

PK'S staff were nice and welcoming, we had a late check-in which they accomodated easily. The room was clean and tidy, for this price, it was good value. Breakfast was included and it was a beautiful and a good amount, so very satisfied. Overall a very good experience.

It was great staying at PK's again. Stayed there 24 years ago on a backpacking trip, and it hasn't changed much. Staff was a little different with previous trip being more friendly and kind, but it was no biggie. Hard to beat staying anywhere in beautiful Cape Tribulation

Friendly atmosphere, good food and free entertainment. Little shop located next door and another cafe across the road. Close by there’s a raised walking track that provides a leisurely walk through the beautiful rainforest. Horse riding available close by also.
